* Add your thickened puree to the mold and freeze (minimum of 2 hours)
* Remove from molds while still frozen, may be stored for later use
* Once removed from molds, heat at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes
* Servings are about 3-4 oz
* Dishwasher safe
* Molds are made from food-grade polypropylene
